Milka Miličić

As a lawyer, I place great importance on contributing to our clients’ success through commitment and professional expertise. I work with legal precision and entrepreneurial pragmatism to find the best possible solution.

My practice focuses on advising companies and their legal departments. Through project-based secondments, I have gained valuable insights into the day-to-day work of in-house operations at international companies. I incorporate this understanding into my legal practice in order to develop practical and efficient solutions. I am also happy to contribute my multilingual skills and to respond flexibly to the specific requirements of each matter when advising (international) clients.

I particularly enjoy implementing corporate restructuring and M&A transactions, as well as advising start-ups. My affinity for corporate law is also reflected in professional publications, including a commentary on FlexCo, which I co-edited.

In my free time, I unwind with Pilates or a good book, allowing me to sharpen my focus and recharge for my daily work.
